Free Returns

We know that ordering things on the internet can be a little bit worrying. Especially if you have never ordered from that company before. Because of this, we offer free returns on all orders. 

If you change your mind when your order arrives, just email hello@norfolknaturalliving.com and we shall sort this out for you.

All we ask is that you let us know within two weeks of receiving your order and that you send the items back to us unused and in good condition.
